Defining Your WHY - Coming Out Of The Abyss

In the past months, the world has changed. One of the biggest financial impacts has been on small and mid-sized companies. Some have had to shut down. Some seemed to have grown in new directions that they hadn’t experienced before.  Some are just unsure of their future, how they will operate and what they can now offer.

Its valuable time now to rethink how we look at our current business model. I believe resilience will be the key to our new future.  A hunger for results and an ability to move faster than other people will set you apart and set you up for success. This means you will need to show up and show your value to your customers and prospects,  It means you need to move fast and ride with the trend.

What happens to small and mid-sized companies now will depend on how you as a business owner operate, how you experiment with new concepts, how you manage your emotional and mental state to move quickly and adapt to your new future. 

This is the perfect time to re-evaluate your goals and purpose within your business I define this collectively as your WHY.  Think about how your communication and message is going to change, how will you communicate with your audience now? How do you think they may have changed?

The new way to do business will be friendly and personable. We have all spent increased time online and conversations have become less formal and way chattier and so your perspective needs to shift. What have you learned and what tips can you take from this?
